At These rules and regulations, which comprise BETTING’s Terms of Service, are designed to help and protect all parties involved in business transactions with BETTING’s. Please note that these terms may change at any time without prior notification. Please save a copy of these terms for your own records.

• BETTING’s may terminate an account at any time with no prior notification. If an account is terminated for any reason other than those stated below, a deposit refund will be issued.
• Members may join only if they are of legal age in their jurisdiction, and only if gambling is legal in their jurisdiction. BETTING’s is not liable for violations of local laws in your jurisdiction.
• BETTING’s has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. We will terminate your account and are not held responsible for losses emanating from defrauding attempts.
• BETTING’s treats all information provided to it as confidential. Do not give out your account information to any third party. BETTING’s is not held responsible for any unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Customer Service requires your account number and password as a security measure. This information is kept confidential by our Customer Service Representatives. In addition, all phone calls to our Customer Service Centre are recorded. If you have a complaint about Customer Service, please contact management directly.
